Mobile Application Privacy Policy
This privacy policy (the “Policy”) applies to the LeaderCOACH® mobile application (the “App”), owned and operated by Keahey Consulting Group, Inc. (“KCG”). This Policy tells you what information the App collects, how we use that information, and who we might share that information with, if at all. This Policy does not address the privacy practices of any third parties. By using our App you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy.
Information We Collect or Receive. When you purchase the App, KCG may receive data from the third-party payment processor concerning the number of sales and the state and/or country of individual sales. This data is aggregated and does not provide KCG with your personal identifying information.
The App is a stand-alone product that resides locally on your device. KCG receives no information from your use of the App. The App does not use cookies, and there are no in-app purchases available.
How Information is Used and Shared. In an ongoing effort to better understand our users, KCG may analyze certain information in an anonymized and aggregated form to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the App. This aggregate information does not identify you personally.
Important Notice to Non-U.S. Residents. The App and its servers are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that your anonymized data may be processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to purchase the App, you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to such transfer, processing, and use in the United States and elsewhere.
App Stores; External Websites. Your app store (e.g., iTunes or Google Play) may collect certain information in connection with your use of the App, such as Personal Information, Payment Information, Geolocational Information, and other usage-based data. KCG has no control over the collection of such information by a third-party app store, and any such collection or use will be subject to that third party’s applicable privacy policy.
Children. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.
Changes to this Policy. This Policy is effective as of the date stated below. KCG may change this Policy from time to time.
